  • Yes, there will be lifeguards, seasonally at high traffic times.

  • Yes, the pool is open year-round.

  • The main pool is not heated, but the 4-lane lap pool is heated during colder months.

  • No, memberships are non-transferable and must be relinquished if you move out of Serenbe.

  • Unfortunately the membership is not transferable. The new buyers of your home will be given a 60 day first right period to purchase a pool membership. If you are moving out of Serenbe and you must relinquish your pool membership.

  • Each member will be provided a personal access card per person, listed on the membership card. Cards are only given to those that are 12 years or older.

  • Yes, there will be staff checking in members and guests.

  • No, this is a private pool.

  • Yes, you may bring guests. After the first 10 guests, there is a charge of $5 per guest on weekdays and $10 per guest on weekends. There is a limit of 5 guests per visit and a total of 100 guest passes per year. Serenbe Residents and neighbors within 15 miles of Serenbe are only allowed to use the pool 3 times per year.

  • No diving is allowed due to the 4 ft. depth of the pool.

  • No, glass is not allowed in or around the pool area at any time. There is a $1000 fine for drainage of the pool and an additional cleanup cost and pool recertification cost, if applicable.

  • Whoever is occupying the house absorbs the membership.

  • Snacks and small meals are permitted at the pool and are to be eaten away from the water.

  • Kids ages 10 and under are allowed in the kiddie pool.

  • Diving and the use of oversized floats is not permitted. Personal floatation devices ARE permitted.

  • Children 3-years old or under, or children who are not potty-trained must wear a disposable swim diaper and reusable plastic swim pants. Diaper changing is not permitted at the pool; please change diapers at the diaper-changing station in the restrooms. There is a $500 fine, plus a cleanup cost and pool recertification cost, if applicable.

  • If the lifeguard hears thunder, all swimmers are asked to exit the water and remain 5 feet back from the pool for at least 15 minutes from the last sound of thunder. When lightening is seen, swimmers must exit the deck area.

  • In the event of a lost or stolen card, please notify the Club Manager immediately. The Member’s Club account will be canceled and the member will be issued a new account card and number. For each new membership card replaced, a charge amount of $50 will be placed on the members’ House Account.
